A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Genetics Development & Physiology, Mr. Johnson started his career in HealthCare. Over the last 35 years he has started, built, and owned several companies both in the U.S. and Internationally. He has been recognized in Who’s Who in the East, and Who’s Who in Business. Mr. Johnson is a 2019 recipient of The Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mr. Johnson’s approach to success follows that of Peter Senge who was named ‘Strategist of the Century’ that the “The only competitive advantage an organization or individual has, is their ability to learn (and unlearn) faster than the competition”.

Mr. Johnson has given lectures, classes, and seminars ranging in group size from 10 – 10,000. He has spoken throughout the United States and in a number of International Markets including; Australia, Argentina, Belgium, Canada, England, Germany, Haiti, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, and South Africa.

Mr. Johnson and his wife have been married for over 35 years. They have 3 children and two grandchildren and reside in Pennsylvania.
